Channel Reporting Information

  • Remember you have 2 TV services. A primary (TiviMate) and a backup (IPTV Smarters Pro)
  • If one channel is not working then switch to your backup and continue to enjoy watching
  • Also inform me which channel is not working so I can report it to admins using the proper format (see below)

Network Service Status

  • TiviMate (Primary Service) = Working
  • IPTV Smarters Pro (Backup Service) = Down / Not Working (04/03/2025)

Do Not Make this Mistake!

  • Common mistake I get all the time “David TiviMate is Not Working!” or “HBO is Not Working!
  • What the F#$K does this mean?! As a customer your not telling me anything!
  • Is the app the problem? or the entire service? or just that 1 channel? or your ISP? or your WIFI? or your Internet Speeds?
  •  Do the following before contacting me!
    • Check your speeds on your device! Use – Analiti – Speed & Wifi app
      • This is to verify your internet speeds on your device is not the problem
      • Usually your device is on WIFI usually being hogged up by another person or children or maybe interference
      • Switch to WIRE!
    • Check if it is your ISP provider! Turn ON your VPN (provided by me) and see if this fixes the problem
      • Almost every customer has a different ISP (Internet Service Provider)
      • Some of these ISP have been using A.i. to scan the signals to thwart the signal
      • Turn On your VPN to see if this fixes the problem. If it does fix it then your ISP is the culprit!
      • Spectrum Users Contact Me ! Security Shield is probably enabled!
        • Spectrum users who have opted to use Spectrum modems and routers have this ISSUE!
        • There is a Fix!

Channel Reporting Information

  • Channel Group? USA Documentaries? USA Entertainment? or USA Movies?
    • Which channel group is this channel located?
  • Channel # & Name? Example: Channel 14 / USA: HBO 2 West FHD
    • I need the channel # and the name of the channel
    • Reason for this is channel #s change for certain customers
  • Issue? is it Buffering? an error occurred code: 404? Stuttering? Event Not Started?
    • I need to know the issue so I can verify it before I can report it
    • 1 channel is Stuttering = Usually service glitch
    • All channels Buffering = Usually your ISP, Turn ON VPN. Try again!
    • An error occurred = Usually service glitch
  • Country? United States of America
    • I need to know which country you are in!
    • United Kingdom has been getting hit hard recently
  • VPN – Yes or No? Did you try using the VPN I provided you?
    • VPN should only be used if TiviMate as a whole not working, same with IPTV Smarters Pro.
    • Sometimes your ISP will do bandwidth throttling!
    • Bandwidth throttling is when they slow down your internet connection on purpose.
  • Connection Speed? On your device check your connection speed using Analiti – Speed & Wifi app
    • If your download speeds are 100 mbps and below. The problem is on your end!
    • It could be someone in your home hogging up the speeds, problems with your hardware, or your ISP.
  • Device Used? Which device are you using? Wired or Wireless?
    • Amazon Fire TV Stick – This device is being phased out due to lack of space, speed, over heating, etc…
    • Onn. 4K Pro – Amazing device $50 (Walmart) this device is replacing Fire TV Sticks. Plenty of space, Speedy, etc…
    • Nvidia Shield Pro – Creme de la Creme $200 this device is for customers with surround sound systems and OLED TVs (Chef’s Kiss)
    • Wired or Wireless? Usually customers are on wireless. Switch to wired!
      • Wireless has all kinds of problems! Connection issues, People or Kids hogging up the WIFI, Signal interference, etc…
      • Wired = ZERO ISSUES. If you want flawless viewing then SWITCH!
  • App Used? Which app are you using? Also which version?
    • Which app TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro? this tells me which service you are using?
    • Which version? this tells me you are using the up to date version required for flawless viewing!
