Channel Reporting

  • Remember you have 2 TV services. A primary (TiviMate) and a backup (Smarters Pro)
  • If one channel is not working then switch to your backup and enjoy watching

Channel Events

  • Event Not Started” – this means the channel went down on the server end and it can only be fixed by admins

Channel Reporting

  • There are over 15,000 channels so telling me “HBO” does not work does not help me at all.
  • Do not report channels NOT in the USA. UK channels are monitored.
  • This is how to properly report a channel that is not working.
  • Example:
  • (Service) = TiviMate / (Channel Group) = USA Movies / (Channel Name & #) = 5 HBO Signature / (Issue) = “Event Not Started” Screen / (Verified by Me) = Yes / (Using VPN) = No
  • Service? TiviMate or Smarters Pro
  • Channel Group? USA Documentaries or USA Entertainment or USA Kids etc
  • Channel Name & #? 28 FX or 2 HBO 2 or 2 CNN etc…
  • Issue? “Event Not StartedScreen or XUI or Stuttering etc…
  • Verified by Me? = Yes (I will check myself)
    • if it is “Event Not Started” is server problem no checking required
    • if it is “Stuttering” I will verify it is the channel or your end
  • VPN? No or Yes or Both
    • VPN should only be used if TiviMate as a whole not working, same with IPTV Smarters Pro.
    • Sometimes your ISP will do bandwidth throttling.
    • Bandwidth throttling is when they slow down your internet connection on purpose.
