TV Credits

TiviMate + IPTV Smarters Pro + Cinema are monitored.
If one of these fail, any customer must tell me immediately so I can fix it.
If a customer does not tell me till day after or longer. Unfortunate for you I will not be able to help you without enough notice.

TiviMate goes down then use IPTV Smarters Pro till TiviMate is back online.
If IPTV Smarters Pro goes down then use TiviMate till IPTV Smarters Pro is back online.
I made sure every customer has a Primary service and a Backup.
No Credits will be given unless BOTH live TV services (TiviMate & IPTV Smarters Pro) are down for more than 2 days.

Syncler+ + Plex + HDO + SmartTube are bonuses I offer.
However if these services go down for any reason.
They go down and stay down, there is nothing I can do.
No Credits will be offered.
