TV Issues

  • TiviMate – All channels not working? or only specific channels not working?
  • If all channels not working in TiviMate?
    • 1 – Report it to me via text message
    • 2 – Switch to IPTV Smarters Pro
  • If specific channels not working in TiviMate?
    • 1 – Report the Channel Group and Channel # & Name to me, click here to learn how
    • 2 – Switch to IPTV Smarters Pro which has the same channels
  • If TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro both not working?
    • 1 – This is super rare
    • 2 – Check your internet connection speed

Device Internet Speed

  • Click <Home Button>
  • Top file menu, navigate to Apps
  • Scroll down and click “Search for apps and games” box
  • Type “ANALITI”
  • Launch “Speed Test Wifi Analyzer”
    • Note: this will test the internet speed at the device itself
  • Internet speeds should show green check marks across the board
    • Note: Indicated by the green arrow in the picture below
  • Internet download speeds should be 8Mbps or higher for 1080P TVs
    • If slower than 8Mbps switch from Houston to Los Angeles in VPN
